THANKSGIVING 2011

This is the lovely, large and extremely delicious homegrown 30lb. turkey we had for Thanksgiving. This was truly a family meal and everyone contributed to the success of it. My mother's partner, Joe, made the stuffing and turkey. Randy was his assistant all day and organizer of the entire event. Carrie and her Mom, Karen made hors d'oeuvres, mashed potatoes, asparagus and cranberry bread. Jim, Randy's brother made two pies, pumpkin and French Apple. Thank you everyone for a lovely meal and a great pre-dinner hike in the foothills of Zion.

Winter Coat

Time to make winter coats for the Sonorran Desert cacti living on the patio outside. It's later this year than last...December 1, 2011.
