For the first time in almost a year, I went climbing....It felt great! After MSM, Ibuprofen, hot tub, Icy Hot and a tennis ball I made sure the injury wouldn't give me any trouble. Hopefully next time I can let off a little on the medicating and nervous over-concern that I wouldn't stimulate another "cracker" of a headache (the unfortunate side effect of the injury).
